【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardidentifiesfactors,includinginstallationeffects,pipework,fluideffects,operationaleffectsandsupplierspecificeffects,whicharelikelytoaffecttheperformanceofclamp-on(externallymounted)ultrasonictransittimeflow-meters(TTUF).Thisincludeshybridspooltypeclamp-onmeterswherethespoolpieceisspecificallymachinedtosuittheclamp-onmeter.Thisstandardexaminesthelikelyeffectofthesefactors,identifiesbestoperationalpracticeforsuchmetersandprovidesestimatesoftheoveralluncertaintythatcanbeachievedwhenemployingbestpractice.Thisstandardprovidesadescriptionofthenon-invasiveTTUF,typicalapplicationareas,theperformancemeasureswhichshouldbeusedinassessingthemeterperformanceandthelikelyperformanceintermsoferror,repeatabilityandreproducibilitywhenusedunderidealflow,pipe,fluidandoperationalconditions.Italsocoverstheinstallationoftransittimemeters,wherethetransducersareclampedontotheoutsideofaproprietarymeterspool.Therearecurrentlytwoothercommonlyusednon-invasiveultrasonicflowmeasurementtechnologies.ThesearetheDopplerultrasonicflow-meter(DUF)andthecross-correlationultrasonicflow-meter(CCUF).ThescopeofthisBritishStandardisrestrictedtotheuseoftransittimemeterssincesuchflow-metersarelikelytogiverisetoameteringtechniquewiththewidestrangeofapplicationandthehighestaccuraciesandlowestuncertainties.Becauseoftheneedtodistinguishbetweenthedifferentultrasonictechnologiesandtheirapplications,AnnexBandAnnexCprovideacomparativeoverviewofDopplerultrasonicflow-metersandcross-correlationultrasonicflow-meters.

为促进我国无规定动物疫病区建设与国际标准接轨，根据ＯＩＥ《法典》及我国关于无规定动物疫病区建设的一
系列规定，我们制定了本标准及一系列无疫区标准。ＧＢ／Ｔ２２３３０《无规定动物疫病区标准》目前分为１４个部分，本部分为ＧＢ／Ｔ２２３３０的第１部分。ＧＢ／Ｔ２２３３０的本部分规定了建立无规定动物疫病区的一般性原则，并规定了ＧＢ／Ｔ２２３３０其他部分所使用的缩略语、定义。本部分适用于ＧＢ／Ｔ２２３３０各部分的执行和解释。
