【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheperformanceandthefunctionalcharacteristicsoftheelectricalsupplysystemsrequiredfortheinstrumentationandcontrol(l&C)systemsimportanttosafetyofanuclearpowerplant.Guidanceisalsogivenonthepossibleuseofthesesuppliesforotherl&Csystems.Thesesuppliesshouldbefedfromprimarysourcesofsuitableredundancyandreliability,sothatthesafetyandfunctionalobjectivesofthel&Csystemcanbeadequatelyachieved.ThisstandarddefinesthemethodsofapplicationofIAEASafetyGuideNS-G-1.3.Thespecificdesignrequirementsforthecomponentsofthel&CpowersupplysystemarecoveredbyIECstandardsandstandardslistedinthereferencesandareotherwiseoutsidethescopeofthisstandard.Thescopeofthel&Cpowersupplysystemcoveredbythisstandarddoesnotapplytosuppliestocertainequipmentwithinanl&Csystem,whichmayneedspecificandspecialqualityorreliabilityofpowersupplies,suchasclosertolerancesoffrequencyorvoltageorofinterruptiontimeforlossofsupplyshorterthantheperiodrequiredbythenormaltolerancesofIECstandardsrelevanttopowerplants.
